Craig Vincent Ramsey, Jr.

(September 16, 1977 - December 3, 2011)

Craig Vincent Ramsey, Jr., 34, Columbus, and formerly of Sandusky, was taken away unexpectedly and was received into the arms of the Lord on Saturday, December 3, 2011. 

He was born on September 16, 1977 in Sandusky to Minnie L. Jones (Moulay) Mutaali and Craig (Elaine) V. Ramsey, Sr., the youngest of three children.

Craig is survived by his son Corday Tavon Ramsey, sister Tyra Denise (Therome) James; brothers Ralph Antonio (Barbara) Jones and Gaines (Rochelle) Fane; nieces Logan Kymberly James, Sydney Rashaun Jones, Samara Nicole Jones, Brooklyn Cierra Jones, Margarita Fane, Fantasia Fane, Kayce Fane; nephews Jaylen Antonio Jones, Caden Fane, Joseph Fane, Donavin Fane; great-grandmother, Gladys Louise Rogers; grandmother Mary Louise Hall; grandfather John Ramsey; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. 

He was preceded in death by his maternal great grandmother, Minnie Amelia Robinson and paternal grandmother, Sylvia Louise Ramsey. 

Friends may call on Friday, December 9, 2011, from 11 A.M. until time of funeral services at 1 P.M. in Ebenezer Baptist Church, 1215 Pierce St., Sandusky.  Pastor Willie James Jones, Jr. will officiate.

The family will receive friends at 1017 Johnson St., Sandusky, the rest of the week from 9 A.M. until 9 P.M., each day.
