Edward W. Weber, 79, residing in the Ohio Veterans Home, Sandusky and formerly of Delaware, died Sunday, May 14, 2017, at his residence.

He was born on May 28, 1937 in Delaware, OH, and was a U.S. Army veteran, serving in the Vietnam era.

He was employed by the former Quaker Oaks in Marion, Peabody’s in Galion and Borden’s in Chambersburg, PA.

Edward was a member of the Eagles in Delaware.

He is survived by his children, Vickie Kincaid, Greencamp, OH, Robert (Wanda Porter) Weber, Marion, OH, Michael (Debra) Weber, Delaware, OH, Benton Weber, Marion, OH, Clyde Ernest Weber, Delaware, OH, Beverly (Scott) Caudill, Mount Gilead, OH, Mary Weber, Marion, OH, and Kevin Weber, Port Clinton, OH; thirteen grandchildren; twenty four great-grandchildren; a brother, Robert Weber, Radnor, OH; several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, George L. and Violet (Price) Weber;  sister, Jean Forrest, and a twin brother in infancy.

A memorial military service will be held Wednesday, May 17, 2017, at 1 P.M. in the Ohio Veterans Home, Giffin Chapel, 3416 Columbus Ave., Sandusky.  Rev. Paul Birmingham will officiate.
